1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using sylyo.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Nature of Business & Product Accuracy

  • Curation: SYLYO is a curated marketplace for imported luxury goods.
  • Descriptions: We strive for 100% accuracy in our descriptions. However, since products are sourced globally, packaging may vary slightly from site images due to regional branding updates.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a technical pricing error, SYLYO reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. International Sourcing & Customs

  • Availability: Products are subject to global stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
  • Import Status: By purchasing, you acknowledge that SYLYO manages the complex logistics of importing these “Fine Goods” into India. While we handle standard customs, any additional local taxes or octroi specific to your delivery state are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timelines: While we offer “Same-Day Dispatch” for Bangalore and Express Shipping pan-India, delivery dates are estimates. SYLYO is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs inspections.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy regarding damaged items.

6. Payment & Security

  • We accept domestic and international cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All transactions are secured via the technical architecture of Safwan Digital. We reserve the right to flag and cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the SYLYO logo, brand book elements, architectural designs, and the “Sila” narrative, is the exclusive property of SYLYO and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct & B2B Inquiries

  • Any attempt to scrape the site, disrupt the server, or use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes is a violation of these terms.
  • B2B procurement and wholesale inquiries must be directed to sales@sylyo.com and are subject to separate contractual agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

SYLYO and its parent technical entity, Safwan Digital, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our Site. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
